How you will be seen at the Bureau:

The reception area is open from 9.30am to 4pm.

We offer 10 minute interviews with our advice workers on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS. Your problem will be diagnosed, advice will be provided and/or an appropriate appointment will be made.
It is a waiting system.

We see people on a first come first served basis.

1) You will be given a ticket, and to help speed up the system you will be asked to fill in a form with your details.

2) Your details will be entered onto our computer system and you will be given a reference number. You should bring this reference number with you each time you visit the Bureau.

3) The receptionist will inform you roughly how long you will have to wait for your interview to take place.

Alternatively, you can call our Advice Line number 0845 050 5250, MON-FRI 9.30AM TO 5PM for advice over the telephone or to arrange an appropriate appointment.

* PLEASE NOTE *

On Tuesdays, you will not be able to see an adviser face to face unless you have a pre-booked appointment. You can visit the Bureau only to make a free phone call to our advice line.
